What can we do for you?
Taking groups of children out of their normal environment to live work and study together is recognised as a powerful educational tool, achieving personal as well as academic development. Children are enthused by hands-on experiences and make rapid progress in group work and social skills at the same time. However the prospect of organising a safe and worthwhile residential education experience in a foreign country can be a daunting experience for an expatriate teacher and schools are not always willing to allow individual teachers to accept responsibility for taking students away on trips they organise themselves.
Over the past 4 years we have established (and are continuing to develop) a wide range of fully risk assessed educational activities in the stunning natural environment in and around Khao Yai; Thailand’s first National Park. By arrangement with local resorts, hotels and scout camps we can offer a range of accomodation from inexpensive dormitory accommodation to comfortable hotel rooms for small or large groups and provide child-friendly catering to meet your needs.
We are experienced in working with groups from primary to upper secondary and with schools based in South East Asia or further afield.
We can design a programme to fit your curriculum objectives, or help you to design and deliver your own. We build partnerships with the teachers bringing the group and work together to enable learning. We will lead activities or support you as you lead. We can assist your professional development in managing outdoor education, and as often as not, also learn from you. We can offer courses ranging from academic fieldwork to adventure training, from Thai culture to teambuilding. Contact us using the contact form form or e-mail/phone Tony Mallia
